Client Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy has been updated to ensure we can continue offering high-quality service while protecting our team’s time and the sustainability of the salon.

Why This Change Is Needed Last-minute cancellations and no-shows create gaps that cannot be filled, resulting in a direct loss to the business. With rising running costs, we can no longer absorb these losses. This update allows us to maintain the level of service our clients expect. Updated Cancellation Policy Effective from 18/05/2026.

*Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost.

*No-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

These charges help protect our team’s time and ensure fairness for all clients.
